We couldn’t make Gaz Oakley our cover/breakout star of 2018* without sharing some of his recipes with you. That would be cruel! The man behind the popular Avant-Garde Vegan YouTube and Instagram accounts has been prolific in his recipe output this year. So, how did we choose just a handful out of the 70-plus gems in his new cookbook, Vegan Christmas? It was tough, but we settled on foods for three holiday meals: a beautiful brunch, a light lunch and a masterpiece of a dinner. Each recipe is gluten free too, friends!
To round out your holiday feasting, grab a copy of Vegan Christmas.
